This company is wonderful. I received my Tumblr and it is awesome. I just love it. it is my new go-to drink carry. Very well made. The company itself was very honorable. Somehow a mistake was made on my order and it appeared that I gave them a $20 tip. When I found out I was upset because I meant to give them a five dollar tip. I contacted them and explained that I could not afford a $20 tip for a $20 Tumblr. They promptly returned $15 to me. Vincustom has definitely earned my gratitude and any further business from me!
