We provide shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you immediately after receiving your order and refund you your charges for the order. How long shipping takes depends on where you are from. Shipping time varies by location. To make it easy for you we created this simple time frame for you to estimate:
United States: 10-20 days
Canada, Europe: 10-35 days
Australia, New Zealand, Chile: 10-50 days
Rest of the world: 20-40 days
This doesn’t include our 5-7 days processing time. All PayPal pending need up to 10 days for verification and process.

When there’s a high peak of demand for logistics, the time will be slower that we can not control. However, we will have your order delivered or refunded if it gets lost.
You can choose the shipping channel as follows:
Normal shipping: $6.95
Express shipping: $29.95
For orders over $70, you will get a free shipping fee.
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. In case you detect your mistakes, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours to confirm the correct address via Contact Page from the placing time.
If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender (in this case, we just can support contacting the carrier for more information).
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
The tracking information will be updated to you via your email after the order is shipped. If you have not received tracking information, please contact us! The tracking information will be updated in the next 2-5 business days by the shipping agents.
